At Cat Protector™, we fully recognize there are instances where you might need to send back an item. We're committed to providing complete, accurate information about our products to reduce the likelihood of mistaken orders. Cat Protector™ does not routinely cover the cost of returns, unless the reason for the return stems from an error on our side. In circumstances where the returned item is in its original, resaleable condition, customers may be eligible for a refund. However, a restocking fee of up to 15% could apply, and customers will be responsible for any return shipping costs.

Submit a request
Fill out the form below and click on the “Submit” button.
Receive Return Authorization
Receive your RA form with the exact return address.
Ship it back
Print and attach the provided shipping label and RA form to the outside of the box.
Receive refund or replacement
Once the merchandise is received, your refund would be issued within 48 hours or a replacement shipped.
